I gave Bill Gates a dead fly! 

See, this will never make it to the world news, but did you know that we just beat a disease in a country in Africa?! It's called River Blindness disease and for the first time in 40 years, it's ELIMINATED.

This is exciting. Eradicating diseases is possible. This is why I am super optimistic about the work Gates Foundation is doing along with all other NGOs!
